    How do I Buy a Product?

  • You will see an "Add to Cart" button at the bottom of the product. Click on it and the product will be added to a "Shopping Cart", where a product has configuration the product plus all options chosen will be added. Check that your quantities are correct and continue with "Proceed to Checkout". Register your details and checkout.
  • Should a product be out of stock the order will be put on back order.

    • How do I get a Quotation?

    You will see a "Request for Quote" button at the bottom of the product. Click on it and the product will be added to a quotation request, where a product has configuration the product plus all options chosen will be added. Fill in your details and "Submit". We will receive the RFQ details and send you an official quotation within a few hours. 

    How do I know if there is stock?

  • We are not a stock holding company and "stock quantities" displayed on most products is stock availability from our vendors.
  • Stock quantities is not realtime and is thus a reflection of the previous days stock count at close of business.
  • Although we will try to keep stock availability up to date we cannot be held responsible if a product becomes out of stock with vendors where our site still shows availability.
  • Some of the products on the site shows a " Check Stock ". button. Click on this button and a request can be send to us to check with vendors if stock is available. The button will only display when quantities are "1" or "2" units.
